Needless to say, we have bathrooms we need updated and we will be hiring them in the coming months - project planning is already underway. The area in the ceiling that was patched is invisible, you would never know there had been a large hole (3'x3') there. The painting was excellent and fastidious. "We’ve been real pleased with them. It’s a little family run business and they do an excellent job. They are actually coming out next week and we use the sentricon bait system, so they would be coming out and checking the bait system. We’ve been real pleased with them. They are a termite protection, so we use them on an on-going basis. What they do is they maintain it, but they come out several times a year and check the bait stations. We have a contract with them, so it’s an on-going contract. I think they come every 3 months. They check the little bait traps every 3 months. We pay $3,500 a year for our termite protection. We’re pleased with the price and the quality. If we’re not pleased with people we don’t use them. If we use them they’re an “A” or we don’t use them anymore. We’ve been using them on-going for several years."

Jeff, the salesman I dealt with was attentive without being overwhelming and the first order was delivered in about 4 weeks. The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. I followed up with another order for the remaining 13 windows in my porch and again, they arrived quickly, were of great quality, exactly to size and easy to fit.
