They showed up almost immediately, I mean within the hour , his crew showed up a hour after him with tarps , and 3 days later the roof was permanently and professionally repaired by them . The work was top quality and the price was very fair . We have since used Jarrett and his Co Pinwheel roofing again when our Trussville home also took a hit a couple of months later to the roof after a bad storm. Again they showed up and showed out!!! "This is a negative review for A Plus Custom Renovation LLC. The company has not done the promised work. In early December, their sales representatives walked/inspected up on the roofs of my home & garage, with my insurance adjuster. An estimate was drawn up. A Plus Custom Renovation LLC was given a check up front, for supplies and to get my project of roof replacement calendared for January 2026. January being full, I was given February 3rd. Then reasonably due to weather the work date moved to the 6th. My insurance adjuster received a letter via snail mail on the 4th of February, then called to congratulate me as the letter was a Certification of Completion dated January 30th. The letter, from A Plus Custom Renovation requested monies for Recoverable Depreciation. There has been no work done. Materials were not ordered. Please, be aware of this company committing fraud with insurance companies and taking seniors monies."
