Their so-called ?industry-leading warranty? is nothing more than a marketing line. In reality, it?s a maze of delays, empty promises, and zero accountability. Communication is terrible. Follow-through is nonexistent. Every time I reached out, I was met with excuses, rescheduling, or silence. They drag their feet for months at a time, leaving their customers stuck with defective products Power refuses to take responsibility for. What?s most infuriating is that I trusted Power because they claimed to stand behind their work. But when the windows failed, they suddenly disappeared behind layers of support reps who couldn?t"
