Of all the firms we interviewed, Infinity Exteriors was the best at being the most thorough during the quoting process, going over all details without requiring that they first be awarded the job or be given any sign that they are a finalist. After they quoted the job, they were responsive to every follow up question. During the quoting process, Jake did an excellent job identifying, on his own, special roof and gutter design issues with our home, the kind of detail that the other firms did not notice. He also came up with a creative solution to a known roof issue. At the first meeting at our home, Jake brought roof and gutter materials for my wife and I to review and select, something else that none of the other firms did. As the job date approach this Spring, Scott was accommodating regarding the COVID 19 crisis, respecting our concerns about their crew and our family keeping safe and healthy. Jake helped us select an affordable asphalt shingle that he felt could offer a look as special as what we had with cedar shake. To our surprise, once the roof was done, we realized that the choice of asphalt shingle has resulted in a curb appeal that is actually better than what the cedar shake created. Bottom line. "He took before and after pictures of problems requiring fixes. I had a new roof put on a couple of years ago. There were numerous nail heads not caulked. Gaps between chimney a flashing, some cracks in top of chimney cap, and misc other issues. He took care of everything. He inspected my ridge vent and showed me pictures of damage done by an animal, probably a raccoon, where shingle taps on the top of the ridge vent had been torn off. There were teeth marks in some shingles on top of vent. He quoted me a price to come back to repair the damaged areas. The price for that was very fair and I had him come back and do the additional work. Very satisfied with the entire experience."

Work was scheduled carefully. 2 garage roofs demo and installation was done in 1 day. They sent first 3 then 6 total men who worked very fast and professionally. Followed a few weeks later with the gutters. Day was cold, but they worked well and finished in about a day and a third. Cleaned up site well after completion. Originally I had cedar garage roof, with one deteriorating badly. Gary walked me through options and expertly guided me to pick a design asphalt shingle with more depth and design. It actually matches some remaining roof I have to postpone to next year. The new roof is much stronger than original and suited to a tough condition under a tall pine and with little sun. I'm very happy with the pricing on the overall project. Cost of gutters was less than half the cost of another companies quote. Gutter project was particularly challenging, as very high and with deep eaves. We also redesigned gutters to pull water away from area in basement with water seepage. Crew followed my sketch exactly."
