"The experience from beginning to end was very professional. Russell came by to look at my roof and then sat down with me to go over what he saw, what he recommended and next steps. I've never had my roof replaced before, so that's why I gave 4 stars on price because I don't know what is expensive or inexpensive for roofing. Infinity Exteriors was in between the other two companies that provided me a quote, but the professionalism and communication is what did it for me. Once I signed the paperwork, I was later assigned a project manager who would give me updates and call me to let me know when I would be expecting materials and a dumpster to arrive at the house. The project manager showed up the day of the project and followed up with me after completion to do a walk through before final payment. Overall, they did an amazing job. No complaints here!"

Roof: Work started at 7, done by Noon. Excellent materials (Owens
Corning), nicely done flashing, attention to detail was great. Yard was

Weather Pro Exteriors had someone out quickly to provide an estimate and they were able to schedule the repair within a week. The customer service was excellent and they were easy to work with. "Tyler, my roof inspector was a really nice guy and even told me he can come back and check everything out after a week or two of the project completion. "Everything went extremely well. The company rep (Denny) explained our options, patiently answered all of our questions and provided a detailed estimate which was almost $2,000 less than the next lowest quote. The crew arrived on time and was professional. The job took one and a half days to complete because they had to remove the existing roof and install the flat roof. At its conclusion, they removed all debris and left the site perfectly clean. They installed Owens Corning TruDefinition shingles on the pitched roof, removing and replacing aluminum siding and chimney flashing where required, and applied modified bitumen to the flat roof."

"Contractor arrived at the promised time and completed all of the work that was to be performed in a single visit. Extremely professional and treated me like a valued customer. Inspected the entire 2-story roof and provided photographs of all problem areas. All repairs were performed for the $99 coupon price. I will definitely contact Tarantino Roofing for any future roofing repairs or replacement."

"The good:
They were polite, neat, and pretty fast in getting to our home for service.
They did the demo and got the dryers going promptly, which probably saved the carpeting - half of the carpet pad was shot and removed. I thought the price had included getting the new padding and reinstalling it after the stuff was dry. The area was pretty small & I didn't think it was going to be a major $ matter to get the carpet reinstalled after the dry - out.
I chose not to go through my homeowner's policy, as I have a high deductible and this was a fairly small job.
The not so good:
Although I appreciate their getting the work done, I feel a little misled. They did do demolition and drying out from flooding, but, they told me later, they do not do reinstallation of anything. There was a delay on their part to pick up the dryers, so, I think we ended up paying extra rental fees for lots of dryers that were running for quite a few extra days. They had said they would pick them up on a Thursday, but, they couldnt get here until Monday of the next week.  I got other contractors to quote the drywall, painting and carpet work. Strangely, when they came to pick up the dryers, they offered to do the rebuild work the next day - for an additional fee that was never quoted. It was all kind of awkward. When I told them that I thought their original quote had included replacing the carpet pad, I was told that that was a conversation I had with their boss, not them. I never met their boss, just talked to him on the phone. It was sort of like I was dealing with two different companies. 
Anyway, it did all get squared away, but, when I calculated the hours of time spent on the work, the effective hourly rate was pretty high. I would just warn any others to make clear what is, and is not, included in the quoted work. I have no issues with the work that was done, and, I think they were very professional and careful.
