"They did an amazing job. It was a full remodel of a shell of a lake side cottage. They did everything from the special environmental permits, demolition of a derelict sunroom. And a full gut of the interior down to the studs. They worked with me on a floor plan. They built a beautiful large deck. Ingrid and her team supervised all of the electrical, insulation, and plumbing through out the cottage. Her team then connected me to the town sewer which needed a six foot ejection pump to reach the road side. The interior is amazing. They did such a great job creating space out of such a small footprint. Subway tiled bath/shower. Heat pump system with the spray foam insulation works super efficiently. Ingrid and David made my lakeside cottage dream a reality. And they did this all with no direct access to the property with vehicles. All the construction debris was moved by trailer and 4x4. Just above and beyond."

"The results are great. Not only does the roof look fabulous, but they determined the wrong ridge vent was installed in the old roof and installed the correct one. "All went well with no problems. Todd McCrohan and his helper were outstanding. Work proceeded every day, rain or shine. Jared, the electrician, was also outstanding. He worked two days from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm to make sure he did not get in the way of the erecting crew and kept their schedule moving along. All workers were neat and tidy, cleaning up and removing all debris. Communication with the office was excellent at all times due to Anna Laycock's thoroughness and patience. <br />This sunroom was the third year-round sunroom that I have had Patio Enclosures install for me. Two for myself and one for my daughter. The above comments can apply to all three installations. My daughter's installation took place in January, 2016.
