Anthony, the owner, who is a very pleasant and likeable person, came to our house to perform the estimate. He didn’t try to dazzle us with how much he knows about roofing or imtimidate us with lingo we wouldn’t have any hope of understanding. Instead, my wife and I had a very nice discussion with him on what we needed, and Anthony laid out the plan for how it would go. When the big day came, the crew arrived right when they said they would, and courteously informed me of the plan for the day’s job. My wife and I both happened to have the day off so we were home for the entire roofing job. They covered up all of the windows, worked tirelessly throughout the day, and cleaned up perfectly afterward. I could tell that they all knew their jobs very well. After they had left, the yard was so clean that you couldn't tell that they were even there.
