While he was here doing the job, I was helping an elderly neighbor remove a fallen tree from their yard when the tire on my pull behind lawn cart blew. Not only did Ryan offer to help me fix the cart but he helped me unload and stack the wood free of charge and still finished the job on schedule. A true stand up young man."

"The project went well. Both trees were cut down to my satisfaction and I thought the price was very reasonable. The only inconvenience for me happened when someone came to grind out the stump and did not remove the debris. I question why it was left behind and was told I did not pay for this and it would be an extra cost. I was given a written estimate and it stated a stump price. I did not know that meant only to grind and not to remove the debris. I am new to this and never had a tree cut down before. I did not know to ask about removal and this was never stated to me by Lumberjack Tree Service.
In the end this issue was resolved and I now know to ask about the extras. I just feel that the removal of the left behind tree chips should have been stated in the written estimate or at least verbally discussed.
I am happy with the end result and will use this company again.

"That guy was excellent! He gets an “A” rating, he did a fine job there. He knows his stuff too. What stood up to me the most was that he was on time, had the right equipment and he was quite familiar with the appropriate lawn seed for western Pennsylvania. The price was an “A” giving the amount of work aerating is. They were very responsive. He was there on time. I intend to use them again, I’m hoping the next time he puts the offer back out there again. It will probably be fall again. I had thought I had done it late spring, but I obviously waited until late fall, so I will probably be looking to do it in the fall."

"All in one deal, he takes care of everything. They aerate the lawn, put the plugs down, and reseed the lawn and all. I have had to call them back a few times. I have had weeds, so I tell them you sprayed for weeds, and they come back, and take care of the issue, but they should have taken care of them the first time around."
