Get matched with top foundation drainage installers and replacers in Penn Yan, NY

"Our Waterproofing system was installed 5 years ago. The exterior drain oipe from the sump pump needed to be replaced. The crew, Chris and Will, showed up on time, knew what needed to be done and completed the job quickly and efficiently. We were very satisfied with the job."

"After responding to my call on 10/7 about an apparent leak behind the fireplace that caused the blue stonework to 'weep' and setting up a time the next week to look at the problem, Woodford sent out a detailed and quot;what to expectand quot; document which was helpful and professionally done. When the rep showed up on the appointment date, he took photos of the fireplace and the chimney outside. He never checked the flashing/roof area around the chimney (probably since he didn't have a ladder [and never asked if I had one...I did] and was dressed for the office, not field work). He told me he figured it WAS just a flashing problem and that they'd come by in a day or two to fix it. I told him I needed an estimate first; that they couldn't assume they had the job. He said he'd/they'd get back to me the next day. I didn't hear from him/them for another couple of weeks when they called and said they were in the area and could do the job that afternoon. I told them that the work had already been done since I had not heard from them nor had gotten an estimate. Another person who has done work for me scoped out the problem and did the work. While Woodford seems to have their act together based on the statement of expectations they sent, they have to work on their salesforce's credibility. I called them originally because I had heard their radio commercials and they sounded very sincere and credible. They may be, but this was not an acceptable experience.

I have most tools to do any job but depending on the job I may have to rent or purchase that tool required to complete the job. I am goal oriented and focused at doing the job right the first time. I have a sharp eye for detail and am not a lipstick artist if you know what I mean. The job will be completed correctly. If you hire me you can be certain to be treated with respect and honesty throughout the process along with a fair cost for the job. \n\nThank you for the opportunity and I look forward to hearing from you.

"We are so glad that we selected CMM to do our mold remediation. From the initial meeting with Ken to the actual remediation by Ed and AJ, it was obvious that they are a family owned company who did the job in a caring and professional manner. Ed and AJ were always on time, courteous, informative of each step that they wee taking and at the end described what they did and why. I would highly recommend this company."

"In response to my initial email inquiry, Eric, the owner, came to the house and we discussed all of the issues and how they would deal with them. He took measurements and pictures and was very professional, polite and encouraging. Within a few days he emailed me a very precise and detailed proposal outlining all three jobs and the estimated cost. I immediately accepted. Adam came to the house and took some more measurements and pictures and said the work would begin the following week and take three days. The required permits were taken care of right away. As scheduled, Paul (the onsite foreman), Lloyd and TJ showed up and began to work. Braces were installed against the basement wall after the cracks were repaired. On the exterior a French drain was put in along the side of the house extending to the ditch out front. The old walkout was excavated and a new permentry door was installed. The work went as planned with no problems and was finished in three days. All debris was taken care of and they cleaned up when they were through. All of my questions and concerns were answered. Adam followed up the day after the work was completed to see if I was satisfied and to answer any additional questions. I also must give kudos to Cynthia, the office manager, who made the paperwork and payment process smooth and effortless. The quality of the work and the quality of the employees is just exceptional.
