"Danny and his team are the best. His prices are reasonable. He is very honest. He starts his jobs very early, he explains the work that will be done, he is very particular and detail oriented. He makes sure that the job is done correctly. Danny has extensive knowledge about homes. He replaced a leaking pipe that lead to the roof in my attic, installed plywood in my attic for storage, repaired a leak in my roof, replaced shingles on the roof, installed ceiling storage racks and shelving in my garage and he shows you different aspects of the job as he is working on it. . Everything was done perfectly and he cleaned up when he was finished. There is nothing that he cannot do. And most of all, he is a very nice and courteous person. I will be contacting him again for additional projects."

"Joe was the only handyman I contacted who was willing to do the job I had; I guess the job was "too small" for everyone else. What he realized (that the others didn't) was that a job may seem small, but it's important to the homeowner - especially if the homeowner doesn't have the skill or time to do it on his own! I really appreciated his willingness to help. He had a big project going on, but he was able to fit me in between that. He was very responsive and professional. "Andrew and his crew did a beautiful job on my kitchen. The remodel included removing and replacing drywall on 2 walls and the ceiling, recessed lighting, new tile flooring, new cabinets, granite countertops and new backsplash. They paid a lot of attention to details to ensure that everything looks good. That is important to me since I tend to be a bit of a perfectionist. From the start, the goal seemed to be to provide the best outcome that my budget would allow. They always kept me in the loop when unexpected issues popped up, which is bound to happen in a 63 year old house. In addition to the planned work, they ended up replacing insulation, adding an additional gas shut off valve and re-doing the wiring so it is all grounded. (None of it was grounded before.) All of that plus some plumbing revisions added up to an additional $3680, but it all needed to be done and done properly. Lauren Baldwin (Cabinets by Amy and Lauren) came up with a beautiful design and was very helpful and patient through several changes that were needed to stay within my budget. We changed the countertops 3 times which also required changes to flooring and backsplash choices. The end result looks like something you would see on HGTV! All in all, it was easy to work with Andrew and his team. They cleaned up every night, kept me updated and answered all my questions. They brought in experts to assist with plumbing, drywall and some electrical issues. With the exception of the above noted additional work and a few days delay on the granite, due to a machine breakdown, I think it all went as smoothly as could be expected in an older home. In the end, I went over my original “hoped for” budget and even a even a little over the upper end, due to the extra costs but you get what you pay for. I would recommend A.B. Graham Contractors and would hire again if I need something done."

"Dasan helped us renovate our fireplace.  Before the renovation we had a large stone wood fireplace with built in shelving on both sides of the wall.  We decided to keep the built in shelves but repaint them and reface the fireplace with tile.  Dale was great in bringing us lots of samples to choose from and helped us make a great decision on the product.  <br /> The guys came in and finished most of the demo on day 1 itself.  Since the stone we had was very large and heavy they used a jack hammer to get it all down.  Despite all the dust that this must have produced, the guys kept the room and rest of the house very clean. Every evening we'd come home from work to see that our furniture was injust about the same place and minimum or no dust to show of.  <br /> Drew was the lead on this project and we would recommend him in the future to all our family and friends.  He had a great vision for what would look good in the space, and we let him go with his ideas (E.g. design of the mantel to match the shelves). So glad we did because we absolutely love our new fireplace! <br /> The guys finished in about a week and within our intended budget.  When we decide to do more work on our house Dasan will be our first call. <br />"
