"Ken, Matt, and Joe did a great job. I purchased their service/panel upgrade via Angie's List. I had spoken to Ken prior to the purchase and everything was great. He is a genuinely nice guy who takes pride in his work. The scheduling process was easy, working around my hectic schedule. He answered all of my questions (lots of them). Ken and Matt came on time and started working immediately. Matt began on the service drop/meter pan while Ken began on the panel. Within about 4 hours, power was back on and they were wrapping up. On day 2, Ken, Matt, and Joe came to install the two dedicated lines and 6 recessed lights. Overall, I'm more than pleased. The panel looks like a work of art.
