"Darrell and his crew removed our old deck and in it's place, installed a screen porch and new deck surrounding it. Darrell provided some design ideas on the screen porch, and was very helpful. The cedar trim around all the screen openings looks awesome! The workmen showed up on time, did an excellent job, and did it all for a reasonable price. Now that it's done, we love our new screen porch and deck. Before starting this prokect, we talked to 4 contractors. We selected Mr. Fix-It. If we had it to do over again, we'd still select Mr, Fix-It to build our new deck and screen porch."

Contacted All American painting & Home repair company based on Angie's list reviews. Mr. Wayland (Eddie) arrived, gave us an estimate, took his time explained everything he was going to do and how he was going to preform the necessary work that needed to be done. We had a few set backs based on the  weather as this was all exterior work. Paula(Eddie's wife) kept us informed , excellent communication, as to when he would be arriving and when he was not. Eddie and his assistance Orval are hard workers, very detailed, very professional. Windows look brand new.

This is a family owned business, that provide outstanding service, we have referred him to our neighbor, we would not hestitate to use this company in the future. Very pleased. They are located in Front Royal Virginia just to make sure you have the right company.

"Steven did an amazing job at a very competitive rate. He set a work schedule that was convenient for us and always showed up on time. His estimate for labor and materials was spot on. We did not end up with excess material or waste. Steven was great to work with, friendly, and easy to talk to. "The people they sent out came out, they came out , I think about 4 or 5 different times. I talked with the technicians and said, "this is ridiculous, the furnace is old" and he said, "we agree, but they only want to do the patching". They would patch it and it would break, they would patch it, and it would break. Finally, I said, "I want a new furnace. What do we have to do to do a new furnace. You've been out here, this is like the 6th time," and he said, "I'll have my manager write something up", and so they did and they replaced the furnace. They tried. They were more interested in patching things than replacing things. They were willing to send out 4 or 5 different parts. The things that I see that would help the most is if it were easier to get a hold of them on the phone or if their website worked. Just being able to contact someone in person. Sometimes, you can't explain everything online. We were able to get a hold of them, we were able to talk to them. It just takes some time, they had to jump through the hoops with their company, we understood that, but they came through and got us a new furnace. A nice new furnace too."
