The guys saw that our banister going down to the basement had come loose- and without my asking and at no charge, they repaired it. I now use them for a variety of handy man tasks. They are not cheap: as I recall, around $125 to come out - but they are fast and very good and manage to keep the price reasonable.

"I contacted the provider to repair a leaky dishwasher.  The provider was very responsive and professional.  He discussed options over the phone prior to the appointment to ensure he would have all the supplies he needed upon his appointed arrival.  His concern was to save me money by not needing to make two visits to my home.  He also had me send photos.  He arrived on time and was very friendly.  He spent approx. 30-45 minutes trying to duplicate the problem so he could initiate repairs.  Unfortunately, the dishwasher would not leak while he was at my home.  He suggested I try using a different brand of dishwasher soap and advised me to call him again if needed.
