"Santos and his helper did a great job working on our storm door. After he removed the door he had to remove rotted wood that was part of the door frame. He had to cut and replace with new wood. He then did a great job replacing all the aluminum around the door frame. The storm door was then reinstalled. It was late in the day when they finished. But there was a slight issue with the door latching. The very next morning Willy called and asked if he could come over and take care of that issue. We set up a time for Willy to come and he did an excellent job fine tuning the door closure. He couldn’t have been more respectful and professional. It was a pleasure dealing with Willy. "The initial energy audit took ~4 hours and the technician, Andre was punctual, professional and sat down with me to explain the process at the beginning and end of the audit.
I then met with a manager the following week to review the results of the audit and the proposed services. I was also informed of the state energy rebate and the availability of a 0% interest rate loan to have the work performed. I qualified for a $2,000 rebate and a $5,000 loan. I elected to have all proposed services performed.
The loan process was automated, efficient and the scheduling process was efficient.
Mike and Devin arrived on time, were professional and considerate of my home as the spent 3 days insulating my garage ceiling, attic and crawl space. Baffles were installed in the rafters to ensure proper ventilation of the attic, whilst all areas contacting the inside of my home ("the envelope") were sealed and insulated to code(and then some), including foam and blown in insulation. In the garage ceiling (below the living room), the 10" space only had 6" of insulation. Holes were drilled in the drywall and insul ation was blown in. The holes were then patched and spackled (not sanded). All seams between the cinder block walls and drywall were sealed with foam and the exposed pipes were wrapped. 
A manager came out the following week to inspect the work performed. He noted several punchlist items and deferred the blower door test until these items were completed. This was scheduled promptly and completed achieving the targeted airflow reduction in the proposal. This report is being sent to the state to verify the rebate and my home may be selected for a state audit. 
Overall I am very pleased with the work performed. My home holds the heat much more effectively. I highly recommend the Mark Group.

"Joe is great!  He is very trustworthy and professional. He is always on time and more importantly, on budget.  He takes pride in his work and makes sure his job is done perfectly.  We first used him via a Big Deal on Angie's list - it was for electrical work. I was home when he and Vern did the work and they were professional and did a great job.  While he was there I told him I had a bunch of handyman work and he said he would be happy to come back.  He came back and I walked him through the small handyman stuff (new faucet, hang a flagpole from the 2nd story window, fix a door etc).  He provided an estimate at a very reasonable rate and came back the next week.  About a month later, i had an emergency, I had a washer installed and the installer didn't have the right equipment to change out an old valve - I had loads of laundry and couldn't wait the weeks the installer told me I had to wait, so i called Joe.  I took pictures of the valves sent it to Joe and he came within 2 hours to install - ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON!  He did not inflate the rate because of the emergency, just told me that he knew i was in a bind and wanted to help.  He is not only a great contractor, but a great person!  Joe and Vern rock! Finally, I asked Joe to come back and weatherproof my outside garage door opener - - it's a big unit hanging in our driveway.  A piece of the old weatherproof wood fell on top of our car and broke the windshield, so we needed Joe to build a new weatherproofing 'box'-  Joe was very creative on the design and even used roofing materials to make sure his design wouldn't fall down for decades!

"I couldn't be there so I had my lady let them in.  The chimney was not cleaned but inspected and the service tech said the reason for this was because it was not needed.  During the inspection they did leave a list of other items that needed to be repaired, I declined to have those item repaired.
