I've branched out with the Home Depot and additional carpet businesses from time to time, but no beats these guys in terms of response and installation time, price, and especially customer service (which is almost non existent with the Depot). "LLB Flooring was our first experience doing any sort of construction or dealing with any contractor. It's hard to find a contractor to trust but we are glad we went with LLB. We had carpet ripped out and hardwood installed - We also had some old hardwood ripped out and replaced with hardwood. LLB was excellent. Floors look great and have been holding up well so far. Bekar was always very responsive to any questions before hiring, and even during the job. The workers were extremely nice, respectful and were very neat."

"The carpet was ordered by the store and was received within 4 days.  The installers came the next day.  We discussed some details on how the carpet would be installed on the stairs at the critical points, such as the threshold at the top of the stairs, how the carpet would tuck in at the edge of each stair and wrap around the bottom stair, as the last stair opened into the room.
