Juan never asked for money during the job and when he did he bought the french doors with the money that he asked for. He sent a text that morning he bought the doors telling me he would be late arriving around 8am. 810 guess who shows up?! This is the kind of labor I am used to. PUNCTUAL. The dust from the bedroom remodel was minimal he put plastic to cover the area he was working in and placed drop cloths under the doors to limit the dust in the rooms. When doing the second floor they set up a ladder and everything went out thru the window down the ladder no mess in my house! I would without a doubt use them again and recommend Buendia Remodeling to others. 
We got estimates from others here in Ft Wayne for this work, Juan's estimate was the lowest. When getting estimates I asked how the work would be done one contractor said he would throw everything out the window onto my back deck. Really???  and it would take 2 weeks just to do the master bedroom. He would have to come in and out of the house thru the front door if he did this. Another told me he would not be here daily and to expect him going off to other jobs. 
In conclusion Juan was the best choice, for price, professionalism, punctuality and time.
