They had cloths on my floors, as they were in and out of my crawl space. They even left to get a particular component, specific for my install. No damage to home. There was no laughing or joking around. They were concentrated on install, measuring, calculating out loud between the three of them. No cussing or profanity, either. Julian was professional and explained everything to me, including why manual was left on unit, so when inspector came, it was there, as it couldn't be signed off without it. Thermostat looks great! He also knew a lot about furnaces, which is my next thing. *Beware of companies won't give you prices on ANYTHING and/or charge you estimate to come to your house...
