"Initial contact was ok but the gal was a recent hire and could not or would not due to policy answer all my questions. I asked for a price range because if I felt they were too expensive I would not waste my time or their time. Not getting any price range, I set up a time for someone to come by and give me a quote. <br /> <br />The person who came by to give the quote was punctual and professional and took the information required. <br /> <br />I got a call from them with a price of $248 which seemed very high. Decided to call some glass repair places in the yellow pages and found a place on Gunnison and Circle that fixed it all for $75. <br /> <br />The folks at Complete Window Care are very nice but their prices are way too high. <br /> <br /> <br />"

We have had them do some spot roof repairs in the past, and they have always been prompt, communicative, fair in pricing and thorough in their work. This last job we were looking for roofing reinstall estimates, as well as GACO coating estimates. Due to the type and condition of our roof, we opted for the GACO coating. We also had some fiberglass roof panels on our patio blow off in a windstorm and they replaced these too, providing us with a 5-year warranty on all of the work. "Rich was on time, gave it some hard thought & started working. Needed to get scaffolding to reach the 16ft ceiling. Repaired hole in ceiling from old electric box & matched ceiling textured beautifully. Hung new dining room light above table. Amazing! Replaced foyer light with a gamble recess light. Having those outdated builders quality lights gone has made a huge difference. Very very impressed with quality of work, friendliness & professionalism of Rich. "This was for my mother's mobile home evaporator cooler, which another handyman had seriously messed up to the point where we couldn't find where the water source was for the unit anymore. Mark and his assistant came out quickly and were very nice to my mom. After quite a bit of effort, to our amazement, they were able to run the water line to the unit on the top of the mobile home roof and uncovered the unit. They also took the time to fold the cover for the unit in a very neat and compact shape. Although I wasn't there during the work, my mom could not stop saying how nice, professional, and competent these gentlemen were. Both of us will be using them in the future for any and all our home repair needs."

"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"Repairs were scheduled within a week of my phone call and two workers arrived punctually on the morning of the scheduled repairs.  They explained to me exactly what they would be doing and answered all of my questions.  Work was performed very efficiently and professionally.  When the work was completed the scraps and equipment were removed and the area was left very clean.  I will definitely call in the future when I need work done around my home. <br />"

"This young man arrived at my door on time and prepared to work. Very courteous and knowledgeable. He does have a large inventory of tools which gives him the ability to get to the job and do the job promptly. My kitchen faucet had been leaking profusely underneath my sink. He replaced a part, which he had in his truck, saving him the time of running to the hardware store and saved me money by not having to pay for time wandering through the plumbing dept. Since he took care of this problem so promptly, I asked him to look at my commode which seemed to never stop running. Once again, he had the small replacement part in his truck and made the repair. He did give me an estimate on some future work and I will be hiring him for future jobs."
