He immediately diagnosed the problem and repaired it (something we never would have been able to figure out). Due to Frank's expertise, all of our lighting issues have been taken care of. No more flickering lights when they are dimmed. Frank had the correct dimmer switch with him even though he didn't know that was an issue until he was here.
