Get matched with top tankless water heater repair pros in Penryn, CA

"I hired Dmitriy to install a standard water heater. When I interviewed him I didn't know what kind or brand of water heater I wanted. He did a lot of research to find the options best suited for my situation. He was thorough and patiently answered a whole lot of questions. His knowledge and experience was obvious. His estimate was competitive and his work was timely and efficient and with safety always in mind. I highly recommend him."

"We opened this project through Angi on a Sunday afternoon, after our water heater started leaking on Saturday afternoon and completely stopped heating our water that night, I had been calling multiple plumbers with no luck (except high prices and a few day wait) the water heater guyz matched to us and called while I was still on the phone with the Angi agent! I called back Ty once I was off the phone with Angi, I then sent him a few pics of our water heater/water heater closet area and he was able to call me back and discuss a new tank vs tankless water heater. We decided to go with a new tank water heater and Ty then sent us an estimate that we signed and was able to schedule us for the next morning, Monday morning to get the water heat replaced! The gentleman Joe that he sent did an amazing job, very kind, efficient and professional. A few hours later we had hot water and 2 days later we had our inspection from the city. Great and easy process! Thank you again!"

"He was friendly, on time, and put in a new water heater. He showed me the weird old pipe he pulled out of the old water heater. It was good to know the new heater was installed and up to code."

"Unfortunately, drain would not work despite various methods employed by Hufts technician. Hufts was fair enough not to charge me for the visit. Guess its time for a new water heater."

"Patrick and his crew did a great job for us. We had several plumbing issues and decided to replace all the water lines in our 60 year old forever home. In diagnosing a knocking sound Patrick discovered a builder defect and our gas line was compromised in several places. He and his crew replaced the water lines and gas line, replaced our 15 year old water heater that was failing and completed all the jobs on our repair list (replumb refrigerator, add pressure regulator to the main supply line). He did such a great job rebuilding the plumbing for the laundry area, basically rebuilding the wall, and I never thought it would look so good in my lifetime! They protected our floors and respected our property and wasted no time completing a large job. We have never seen any contractor clean up after a job as thoroughly as they did. Longo Plumbing is our plumber anytime we need one and you won't be sorry you hired them."

"This wasnâ t a repair. It was a maintenance service. These ratings are primarily based on the technician who was great to work with."

"Chris was outstanding! He repaired our tankless water heater quickly and knew exactly what the issue was. He was professional, punctual, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. It's hared to find someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and takes pride in their work, but Chris definitely does. Our water heater is working perfectly again, and we couldn't be happier with the service. I highly recommend Chris to anyone needing plumbing repairs. Thanks again for a job well done!"

"Pleasant / polite young men. Explained what was needed to repair the leak. My only complaint is that they had to back to the shop for a specific tool or part."

"We needed all the pipes replaced in our house. We also switched to a tankless water heater. Dustin came to give us an estimate and advise when they could start the project. We had gotten a couple of estimates but something just felt different with them. We liked that we received an email with who would be coming to give us an estimate as well as a picture of the technician we should expect. It was so refreshing working with this company it reminded me of company's 50 years ago with values and a caring staff. Dustin, Mike and Anatoily had what I will refer to as the three P's. They were professional, punctual and personable. They laid drop cloths and cleaned up everyday after themselves. They even finished the job a day early than projected as we were scheduled to go out of town for five days. I would highly recommend Honest Sewer & Drain. By the other positive reviews you guys are doing a fantastic job. Keep up the good work and it was a real pleasure doing business with you."

"The service was good, they were able to fix the problem and make my air conditioning run during the summer."
