We have one additional employee managing office work, including billing and phone calls. Residential pool cleaning service customers have a one year contract, and we bill them every 30 days. Residential billing is in advance for the month of cleaning. Commercial pool cleaning service customers have a monthly pool service contract, and are billed every 30 days. Commercial billing is for the previous month's pool cleaning. For service work and other tasks, we bill immediately after. We also offer quotes for residential and commercial service work.
