"It was the biggest mistake I've made when I've chosen this company to buy a hot tub. Joyce was extremely nice and helpful from a start. However, when I purchased the hot tub for 11k with extra cover assistant and complaint that this metal assistant was broken this person has changed completely. She said there is no return or refund process. This was so fake about warranty, support, affordable repair etc. I will try to reach some institutions to help me with this. Don't buy in this place as you will regret it."

We have one additional employee managing office work, including billing and phone calls. Residential pool cleaning service customers have a one year contract, and we bill them every 30 days.
