"Contractor James had injured his tendon in his finger on left hand two days before my job was scheduled. Left arm was totally wrapped up. He hired help, went with my job on schedule. Job took a little longer than usual (understandably so!). He worked so hard one handed. Even though it took a little longer, I am completely satisfied with the job. Work is excellent. He went out of his way to help with little things that weren’t his problem, like toilet hose that wasn’t working properly after hook up, etc. that was due to normal wear and tear on my part.
