"Hired him to do some soffit work and replace some eve metal on my second story home. They did an excellent job also pressure washed the house and my vinyl fence. The price was very reasonable. Would hire this company again. Highly recommend."

"Kurt was great to work with. We needed major repairs to our storage shed and his recommendations and work product reflected his knowledge and experience. We had a lot of special requests and conditions and he was great to work around everything, even being careful around some young trees. He tore out and replaced exterior walls and repaired damaged framework as needed. At our request, he saved and replaced exterior metal pieces to save us money. He also did some foundation support work under the shed on a very steep slope. Left the site quite clean. We are pleased with his work and would definitely hire him again."

"The employees I dealt with were extremely knowledgeable of roof repair and replacement and other areas of general home construction repairs. Their knowledge and interpretation of insurance policy coverage in my claim was necessary and excellent. I am currently using the company for several other home repair projects. I believe the employees to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous and they perform timely as promised (weather permitting course)."

"Ryan replaced our privacy fence which was damaged during a recent storm. He did an outstanding job. He was punctual, he kept the work area nice and neat, he was knowledgeable, courteous, and his work was of the highest quality. I would recommend his services if you need a fence replaced, a new one installed, or any other landscaping needs. You won't regret it."

"Lewis was professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful. He answered any questions I had, suggested things that would prevent other problems, and helped me with other improvements I was working on. My phone calls were either answered or returned within the hour. Anything I pointed out was taken care of. Prep work began 3 days after our initial meeting and painting soon followed. All work was done by Lewis with some prep work and painting done by Buddy. I had other contractors working in my home, and Lewis and Buddy worked around them. I am very happy with the results and would definitely hire HCP again.

"Efficient and effective job. Problems with leaking completely GONE, after a year of struggling with other roofers. Will recommend this company to others, especially for repair or replacement of a flat roof.

"I needed help with the renovation of a recently purchased bank owned home. Allen's Home and Rental repair worked for me over the course of about 3 weeks in March. They were dependable, agreeable and trustworthy.  I gave a B on quality only because they did so many different tasks for me that  no one could do all I asked perfectly! They were better at some jobs than others but all were good. or excellent. Anytime something was not right they looked into it and made it right.  They contacted me when plans had to be changed and they couldn't make it. They worked well with other people who were working on the house, for example roofers, to coordinate the jobs so that the order of the tasks made sense.  Allen helped me "think outside the box" when needed. I was on a budget and they respected that. One thing that was great about this company is that they can do so many different jobs that I did not have to call a lot of different companies. Overall I feel that I was fortunate to have found this company. I felt comfortable around them and since I was working everyday with them this was important to me. I would absolutely hire them again. Very polite, nice guys.
