"Flooring in kitchen and dining room looks good except they cut around flooring strips on all 4 - 2 exterior & 2 interior doors. The areas around flooring strip's look unprofessional and unfinished. These areas are already coming up. I had to buy wider door strips to cover hacked up floor areas. 
My biggest complaint is my new fridge lost it's grill at the bottom and no one bothered to replace it. Not the company or the contractors. 
Yes,  the work there is sub- contracted. I do not like sub-contracted work because each party blames the other and problem is never solved.
They group that  installed flooring were loud and unprofessional. I would not recommend flooring install. I am disappointed in the lack response from American Flooring, Cabinets & Granite. We called and the company was going to have sub-contractors to contact me for repair & replacement of fridge grill.
 I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM EITHER!

Sam and Dan have been an absolute godsend ! I contacted them because we discovered water damage in a closet and on the ceiling in a bedroom. We had received another estimate for the roof but Sam and Dan got down on their hands and knees and discovered water damage and wood rot not only in the front eaves but in the back eaves as well. Their attention to detail was impressive, both have backgrounds as insurance adjusters. They gave us fair, accurate and complete estimates. Yes, you can get a cheaper estimate but you won't get a more quality job completed . They use only the best materials and don't skip steps. Sam and Dan are perfectionist, and they are truly hands-on guys. These guys are top of the line!

"Everything went smoothly. We were on a time crunch, and had to change the installation date to the weekend. Austin was our guy and he was always on top of things and was in contact with us. They didn’t have the transition pieces available on the dates the installers showed up but he said it was not a problem for them to do the flooring first, and transitions a couple days later. Normally that wouldn’t be a big deal but we live in a rural area, far away from their company so it’s a pain to get out here! The flooring looks and feels awesome. I don’t remember what it’s called but it’s an innovative, durable, lifetime guaranteed type of flooring. Most expensive, but worth the price since we have 2 dogs and 2 cats."

After over 10" of rainfall to my rental home, my roof began to leak. I was notified by my renter. I found this roofer from Angie's List and couldn't have been more please with their response and professionalism. The leak was repair by another company in the past and was not repaired properly which caused the leak to happen again with the massive amount of rainfall in a short time. As I live out of town, Randy was very responsive in keeping me in the loop and explaining why the roof was leaking again.

I will definitely be using them in the future to install an attic cooling system which he recommended to ensure the longevity of my wood and shingles on my roof. Highly satisfied !
