"From beginning to end, the entire process went smoothly and as planned. This is my second time having Roofstar come out to work on my roof and they continue to deliver. The staff involved was professional, took their time explaining the work in detail, and did quality work. I was specifically engaged with Jeff, James, and Santiago. Everyone is highly knowledgeable and honest.  <br /> The work included recoating the entire flat foam roof. The entire process took three days to complete. Day 1 involved power washing the entire roof, Day 2 involved applying a base coat, and Day 3 involved applying a top coat.  <br /> I will continue to call Roofstar for any future roof work and they come highly recommended. <br />"

They were also very attentive to answering our questions and making recommendations as to the type of grate we needed to replace our old one. He was quick to respond, punctual, personable, explained options and pricing very clearly, and more than delivered the final product. George also noticed some effervescence on the stone veneer wall and repaired and sealed it.  i was out of the country when the work was completed. "Great! Another company had said the fireplace needed new valve and gave $1,044 estimate. Arizona Fireplaces did basic maintenance and replaced a switch for $185 service call and it works fine now. Even if new valve had been needed it would have only added a couple hundred dollars to cost. Very reputable and know what they are doing. Highly recommend them."

"Every experience has been excellent! They replaced the shingles under my AC unit and the paper and tiles over my garage. Two other companies wanted to paper and tile my entire roof. New Life Roofing staff are honest and replaced what was necessary. For my current home, they repositioned tiles, added flashing around the pipes and replaced the patio roof. The price was fair. "Ripoff, The part for the Capacitor cost $25 off the shelf, took no more than .30 minutes to replace. However I was charged $356.00 for this x 2 units = $712.00 dollars for 1 hour Labor &$50.00 in parts - it’s like $500 per hr. Price Gouging! Should be reported toAG."

"A+! He was punctual, informative, covered the area where he worked and left the area spotless. Our damper has never worked, but we didn't bring this up to Lou. On his own, he noticed it and told us that mortar was dropped on the damper when the chimney was built (in 1952) and stuck to the damper and that's why it didn't work. Who knew?! Although we didn't ask him to, he tried to remove some of the mortar to see if he could get the damper working He went over and above what he was hired to do, but did not charge us any more than his original phone quote for chimney cleaning. Additionally, he used a spray cleaner to clean the soot off our white painted bricks around fireplace. It worked so well that I asked him for the product name so I could buy some. When we paid him what he had quoted, he gave us, free of charge, the bottle of spray. We appreciated the energy/safety tips he provided, but he didn't "push" or "hard sell" us. We'd hire him again."
