"I had a shingle roof, fascia, soffits, gutters and drain pipes replaced. The entire job took less than week! The crews showed up early and worked until dark. They were skilled and answered all my questions. The roof and all the metal work are beautiful. I had several estimates before I selected Zeller. The estimate Mario put together was detailed. He spent at least an hour looking at my roof and took about 50 pictures of my roof and attic. When he was done he explained what I needed to do and answered all my questions. At this point I decided if their estimate was competitive I would go with Zeller. Once the job started he kept in contact just making sure that the work was going well. Putting a roof on my house is the most expensive home improvement I have had done. I was a little apprehensive. It was a great experience. I recommend Zeller to anyone thinking about a new roof. "

"Found out that our roof was not installed properly because they did not use washers with the nails. They also did not seal off the old vents properly. This has caused water leakage. Check BBB, this company’s accreditation has been revoked."

"Hail destroyed my roof on March 10, 2026, and by March 28, 2026, Jose and his crew had a brand new roof on. That kind of turnaround speaks for itself. Jose is an out-of-town contractor, but he’s a hard-working guy who shows up and gets it done. He’s friendly, affordable, and accountable—he did exactly what he said he was going to do and stayed on top of everything. His crew was just as solid. They worked hard, kept things moving, and didn’t leave a mess behind. You can tell they’ve done this a lot—they were organized and efficient the whole time. Jimz Construction is licensed, bonded, and insured, and they handle roofing, siding, and storm restoration. If you’re dealing with storm damage and want it handled quickly and done right, Jose and his crew are a great choice."

FAQs for flat, foam, or single ply roofing installation and replacement projects in Peoria, IL

Many roofing pros point to PVC as the top performer on flat roofs thanks to its tough seams and long-term waterproofing. A properly installed PVC membrane can last 30 years or more, resisting ponding water and harsh weather with ease. You will pay more up front than you would for EPDM, but the added durability often translates into fewer repairs and a lower cost per year of service.

Yes, a rubber roof is an environmentally friendly choice. Most rubber membranes contain recycled content and can reflect heat, which helps trim cooling bills in hot weather. Manufacturing has a lighter footprint than many traditional materials, and the long lifespan means fewer tear-offs headed to the landfill. If sustainability is a priority, ask your roofer about brands that carry third-party eco-certifications and confirm they meet local environmental standards.
