"They were extremely reasonable. He was a pretty good. There was a cleanup valve here in the front yard and he went in there with his tools and his equipment and it went from the middle if the yard in the front and went out to the sewer line. He pulled out this humongous root. I had too many trees in the front here, I took those down too. After he got that part out, he went from the middle of the yard to the house line and he did that part too. There were a couple of small things there but nothing large. It was about $100. I've never had to have roto rooter before I don't know , ti think it was a good price compared to other plumbers I've had here. He was very responsive. They came over right at the time they said they would come. It took a couple of days to get him out here because he's extremely busy. People know around here that he's cheaper than other people. I would call this guy again if I had another clog. They were here when they said they were coming. He was a country boy. It was an extremely nice day even though it was November and we were talking away. He was doing his work while talking to me. I don't know if that's considered unprofessional or not. He was good. If i had another clog, yeah, That's all they do is open drains and they have all these different kinds of equipment that they can use, different sizes and stuff, depending on how big the clog is. Apparently it was clogged before I got here."

"When I asked Troy what I owed him, and I was blown away when he said $25.00. I had expressed to him that he should be charging for what he knows, and not what he does or doesn't do. I convinced that he should take $35.00. It felt like I was robbing him. He only asked that I call him in 3 years when it is time to have my septic tank pumped. There is no way I would call anyone else."

"I had another person come out and he said he didn’t have the right equipment he was a plumber. He suggested calling Rotor Rooter I had call them left a message and no one called back. I stared looking on line again and found Gebhart Sewer and Drain cleaning. He answered the phone and told me he could come by the next day. He called to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived it look less then an hour to complete the job. He was very friendly and very clean. He made sure the tub water ran out like it should. He was very clean. There was no mess for me to clean up. I will now only use this company and recommend him to others. Fantastic service and reasonably priced."
