"We purchased beautiful granite from AMF. There were some issues with the installation. AMF attempted to resolve these issues. Understand that the granite you buy may not be sealed well. I would recommend buying a quality sealant and applying it yourself after the install. You should insist that all of the glue is removed before doing so. If you plan to have an overhang that is 12” or larger, be sure to install metal brackets for support prior to the installation. AMF will not install brackets for you. Also, run your hand across all of the edges to find any minor chips or cracks that need repair before the installers leave your residence. Check your dish washer to be sure that it is aligned evenly before the granite is glued on top of it. Lessons that you live and learn."

Wonderful job on both the painting for the development, and the staining of my deck. Probably the best quality painting that we have ever had in our development. From the beginning, the work, work order, estimate process, etc. was handled in a top knotch way. I have had a number of contacts with the company's owner, Colby, and he has shown himself to operate a well run company.He is very businesslike, returns calls promptly, and has people there when he promises.  I also had dealt quite a bit with Josh, who directly supervised the overall process. Josh is very cooperative, understanding, and very helpful. He always came through on his committments, and it made for a very pleasant experience.

The painting crew, led by Arturo, was by far the best group of painters we have used. I got many comments from other homewoners in the development who were very impressed with their work. They are meticulous in what they do, and the final product shows it.

"I hired the company to do a make ready [clean up & prep] on a single apartment in a building which I own in the  town where I live. I needed the property to be cleaned up so I could rent it again.  I have been a landlord for over 20 years & hadn't found a vacated property in such a mess in all my years. They did the complete interior clean-up which took about five hours. And, the complete prep of the property. they took out all the trash & junk, and cleaned up all debris left in the yard. All in all I found it to be a very stress free pleasant experience. And, I will definitely call on them for the next project because if they could do so well with a nightmare like that I'm sure the less difficult will be equally affordable and easily handled. "I hired Kitchen and Bath Specialties for an interior painting project. Impressively, the business owner (Joe) was a **hands on** manager who participated in the painting process. There was superior customer service and quick response time. Nevertheless, homeowners who own older homes may want to steer away. At my house several, several cut lines, caulk lines and areas between the trims were applied in a sloppy, unprofessional manner. There were numerous missed areas and paint splatters. Indeed, it appears that the painters were in a hurry and/or distracted. Granted, Joe returned to the home and made a few repairs. However, he blames most problems on the age of my house. According to Joes theory, I should not expect much because my house is old. Perhaps he is right. However, most painting professionals disagree. According to experts, older homes need more attention and care than do newer homes. However, a houses age is no excuse for poor workmanship. If you own a distinguished older home, approach this company with caution."

"We did a complete bathroom remodel back in 2017 and David and his crew did an outstanding job. Very professional, the right price and took extra care as to not dirty up the rest of the house. It is now 2020 and we had a caulking problem and the tub was drain was not holding water when closed. We called and they came all the way to Springfield, IL from Peoria, IL to fix the problems at no charge. When we had the original work done in 2017 David said the work carried a lifetime warranty and you can take him for his word. He backs it all up.
