Before he started the work he made sure the grout color would match the existing mortar on my home. Which was extremely important to my wife and I. He carefully ground out the old mortar on all four sides of my chimney and fireplace. He was very smart to vacuum the dust from the grinding so it didn?t make a mess everywhere.
