A few days after they installed the roof and seamless gutters, we had a heavy rainstorm. I checked my basement and there was no leaking! I always thought it was my foundation causing the problem, but it was my gutters. I wish I would have done this years ago. My new deck is amazing! "The salesman indicated that they would replace rotted wood; however, the installers did not replace any wood. The installers were on time, did their work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was, however, several times greater than the closest estimate. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."

I contacted Illinois Gutter Solutions online after hours requesting a quote for gutter replacement, downspout replacement, and the addition of gutter guard on my house and detached garage. "It went extremely well.  The work was started and completed on schedule.  It was done professionally and with care.  Proprietors, Zack and Bri were very pleasant to work with.  Its nice working and communicating directly with the owners.  Matt and his crew did a great job.  It was obvious they were skilled and had a methodical system for doing the work efficiently.  

There was one minor issue after the job was complete (things happen).  Zack came out to make sure the problem was corrected at his expense.  We were very pleased.

I would not hesitate to have them do work for us again.  I would highly recommend Sundown Exteriors to my friends, and anyone who needs a new roof.  (The metal roof looks GREAT and we feel is worth the extra cost.)
