"The vehical was picked and delivered within the a scheduled time, and the delivery driver was very professional. He even provided disinfectant wipes to clean the steering wheel, shifter, doors and center console. If I need another car transported I would definitely hire UFA again."

"It took Pete a couple days to complete the work.  The first day, he did the tree cutting, got the birdhouse into the ground and constructed the base to which the storage shed was going to sit on.  The area was very uneven so it took some work to get it all leveled.  The guy at Menards had said it was about a 3 hour job to construct the shed which I relayed to Pete but in all reality it took a entire day to get this thing together.  Maybe if you had constructed one of these before it might take 3 hours but this was not the case.  In addition, you really need another person to help hold walls up etc. which ended up being my job which I was happy to help.  Pete is somewhat of a perfectionist so when the shed doors weren't closing properly, he would not give up until he got them to close properly. 
Pete was a joy to work with and very easy to get along with.

Alicia came out to our house as the framing was being completed. She toured our house to get an idea of existing style and listened to our ideas.  Alicia had great suggestions for placement of pieces like the bookcase, what form the entertainment center would take, addition of a dry bar and how to cover an exposed ceiling beam to match.  She took measurements and had a proposal to us within a week.  A two hour visit to their shop helped us choose final design options, door styles, wood and stain options, and all the final details.  Seeing options in their show room really helped us narrow down choices quickly.
After a few tweaks here and there, she had a final proposal to us and then coordinated build schedule and delivery with our remodeler.  The cabinets were completed and delivered on time.
We are ecstatic with the look that these custom cabinets bring to our newly remodeled basement. The entertainment center and book case are the focal point of the family room. The dry bar is a great addition and the beam box is a unique touch to finish it all off.
The quality of construction and craftsmanship is superb.  Superior quality and great fit and finish throughout.

"Well, the initial day of cleaning; no one came. I finally found an email posted at 4:00, to say that the cleaner had to cancel. They couldn't find another. I was disappointed that they didn't call. Then they sceduled me for the next day, under the condition that I was to email if the next day was bad. I emailed to change to Thurs. The cleaner showed up anyway. I wasn't ready, as I was having guests. It worked out anyway, but the sceduling situation was bad. Also, I haven't heard back, as far as a future cleaning??The 1st time I got a $50.00 discount."
