"Summit was very responsive and did a fantastic job! Dan came out quickly and provided an estimate as promised. He was very honest and no pressure. He said our roof didn't need to be done this year--that it still had a couple years life left. However, our gazebo roof, which was in bad shape needed replacing. They scheduled the job quickly. The crew came and did an excellent job! The gazebo roof looks great and surrounding area was left as clean as it was found. We will be doing our main roof in the next year or so and for sure we will use Summit again! Highly recommend."

"It went very well. Ivan is exactly the kind of contractor that I was looking for. When he came out for an estimate, he paid close attention to exactly what I needed, he did a detailed inspection, and he did not try to sell me on any unnecessary replacements. Ivan was prompt in scheduling a date for the repairs/cleaning, and he arrived on time. His price was fair, and he did all of the repairs himself, paying close attention to detail and making sure that all of my gutters were in great shape. Christmas Day we had a leak I called and he answered and came out the next day to repair my roof. The owner was professional and polite and made my roof a priority!  We joked about how santa ruined my roof! I was amazed how fast the repair took and how  quick he came out over a holiday. We are on a fixed income and procrastinating to get our roof redone. I definitely called the right company because they made it way more affordable than we anticipated.

"We had inspections and estimates from four highly rated companies appearing on Angle's list and on other sites. Each provided a bid for the same work with similar or identical materials, and found a high degree of consistency among the bids. All four diagnosed the problem as requiring the replacement of the entire roof for the best and most lasting outcome and they proposed nearly identical steps to do the job. All recommended replacing two skylights along with the roof, adding ridge vents in sections where there were none, and noted the likelihood of needing to replace plywood decking in at least some areas. However, Paragon stood out from the others by virtue of the thoroughness of the initial inspection, including dozens of photographs from the exterior and interior (attic), and the care with which the proposed work (both foreseen and potential) was explained, described, and justified. Moreover, once the line of communication was established at the first visit, Mauricio remained available via email, text, and phone for any and all follow-up questions and concerns. The open communication continued through the scheduling, completion, and follow through of the project. Periodic updates, with step-by-step photos, were provided during the work. Such openness was very much appreciated in this situation where the end project was much more involved than originally thought. We had been advised in advance of what we could expect, so no really unanticipated situations arose. Working around the weather, the job was completed on Easter weekend, approximately a day and a half on site, and from our perspective the crew was careful, professional, and efficient. Care was taken to protect the property, and the clean up was very good. Everything went exactly as promised, and because the whole roofing "system" was installed by certified personnel, both a manufacturer's warranty and Paragon's guarantee will apply. I would not hesitate to recommend Paragon for roofing and skylight work, and since their services extend to other home improvement and remodeling tasks I would certainly contact them again for any other project we might need."
