"Another job well done! We hired Frankie and his crew, Anderson and Ronnie, again for a second project repairing our large second story wood deck, stairs, and patio cover. They replaced all the wood posts with lag bolts, deck rails, stair rails, patio cover lattice, lower main post covers, and primer painted everything. They also ran electrical and installed 2 electrical outlets, indoor power switches, and 2 large ceiling fans and patched drywall inside and painted to match. Our black railing balusters with be installed after our house and deck are painted. Just like our first project, they did a very professional quality job! They worked all day every day in the hot sun until the job was completed. At the end of every single day they spent time cleaning up all debris. Everyone on Frankie's crew was very respectful, friendly, and accommodating. The end result was exactly what we asked for at an affordable price. Would definitely hire them again!"

"Steve is incredible. His craftsmanship is like nothing I have ever seen. He takes his time, does it right (like the good one days) and then you as the home owner get to hear the constant compliments from your guests. He is great with kids and animals and really became part of our family for a while. Our kids still ask when he will be back (and if he heads back up to Nor Cal he will have plenty of work!!!) He really is a gem and does just beautiful work. We have also used him on very small projects and he treats everything the same way. Seriously can't rave enough!"

"I posted prior review at time he began- He is more than likely better for small projects, not large scale. He started off wonderful, although this was not a small project, he committed to work he claimed experience and then had difficulty. At first he showed daily, worked hard until about 65% completed and he had been paid 2/3 of job- then he committed to coming, no show. I would contact claimed personal errands came up then committed another time no show. This occurred 3 days in row. There were other days he was frequently on phone, stating calls other jobs. Unreliability is an issue for me. This task dragging on too long. He claims distracted other tasks helping me, this is true and do take into consideration, although his lack of experience in a task made it take longer than should have taken. My husband was a contractor ( he passed ) so I am not unfamiliar with Const tasks I am not being unreasonable. He is more than likely great on small job- day or two- handling a larger project he begins to become unreliable. He has many skills, this job should been nothing for him- although he overcommits and lets personal issues affect concentration."

"I was going to hire him for a few small jobs on my home. Some tile work, baseboards, toe kicks, install a shower door, fix a few holes in my drywall. Then I found out he is actually a GC. He painted my house and pony walls, my gates and a railing. Fixed all defects with my stucco, removed some security doors I had on my house. One of my friends said your house looks like one of those model homes a resort even! He even washed a slider window when done that a security door had been over and hadn't been washed in who knows how many years. I have already recommended him to others. I would and will use him and his guys again!"

"Tom came out and quoted the project, and promptly came back in less than a week to complete the job. His knowledge about construction and standards were just what I needed. My hot water heater door was an exterior door that required venting, and Tom made a return trip to install the grate, and wouldn’t charge me, even though I felt it wasn’t fair to Tom. I will use Tom for any future projects."
