"First the salesman lied about the windows. I called Champion about outside noise. the salesman Mike came to my house and I took him to 3 rooms and he heard the outside noise when standing in front of the windows. I had triple pane windows he said that the windows were not good and that with Champion windows I would barely hear any noise. I had 2 windows side by side and he said that if I get a slider that it would also reduce the noise. He gave me a price of over $5,000.00 for three windows. I said that if the windows would reduce the noise to that level then put them in. After the windows were installed the noise level was worst that before the windows were installed. I have been trying to get my money back since January 2024 it is now December 2024. They keep saying that they are sorry about this but they have not gave me my money back. I am a senior citizen and do not have money to give this company and not get what was promised . Do not do buy windows from this company."

"Ryan from Midland came and did the estimate and did a outstanding job. The installation team came on Saturday which I was very unhappy with the results. I went to Midland and discussed my issues with Gerald on Monday and showed him my issues. He stated stated that I will be contacted shortly about fixing the problem. I called back on Tuesday and stated to the office and they stated it will be corrected by Saturday. Saturday came so on Sunday I fixed all the deficiencies for about $5.98 and 20 minutes. Drew the manager called me on Tuesday and he stated he has seen the pictures that I dropped off and would investigate and will get back with me. By Thursday no return call so I called Drew again and up to the following Monday no one has contacted me. So on Sunday I went to Home Depot and purchased the materiel. . Great customer service don't you think ! still no response !!!"

Upon initial inspection, Juan & his son did a thorough walk through with us; took pictures for adding detailed notes in a reasonable cost estimate. Timely follow up after sending the initial estimate & ready to answer any questions. He stayed in touch during the work with pictures, texts & calls with us & the foreman. Final walkthrough in person to ensure we were happy. Amazing crew are skilled craftsman! It was 90+ degrees & windy. They were genuinely enjoying working. Cleaned up each night, worked 3 days.
