"I needed a new roof and new gutters for my house. I tried several other local roofing companies but either they did not show up for an estimate or after giving me an estimate they did not show up to do the work. With the Fall Season coming on, I needed someone to help me out before the Winter came. I checked Angie's list and called "Home Exteriors - The Window, Siding and Roofing Experts." One of their Sales Representatives, Gary, came to my house, wrote up a detailed Installment Contract with final price and he assured me his Roofing and Gutter Crews would be out to take care of my roof. I must admit, I had some doubts about them showing up, due the poor experiences I had with prior contractors. I received a call several weeks later letting me know that the Roofing Crew would start work on the coming Monday. I took some time off during lunch on that Monday to drive by my house to see how the work was going. I did not stop to speak with anyone, I just wanted to see how they were progressing. When I got to my house, I was amazed at the number of guys that were working and how efficient and organized they were. True professionals that really worked well together. I went back to work and when I came home later in the evening, the equipment and supplies they needed to finish the job were neatly organized and the entire yard was cleaned up. When I came home on Tuesday, their work was done. The roof and flashing looked perfect and my entire property was cleaned up, no debris anywhere. The technicians that installed the gutters came several days later. They took off the old gutters and installed seamless gutters in a couple of hours. The work was done quickly, everything looks even, no leaks, perfect!!! I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a replacement roof. From start to finish everything was top notch."

Matt returned my call within 30 minutes. I explained what I needed and he visited the property the next day. Matt was very personable worked me up a couple of estimates giving different options to consider. One point I was very impressed with and thankful for was that he provided an honest evaluation. I know a bit about roofs and knew that it did not need completely replaced and he told me this. Other contractors told me a complete tear off was needed and would cost thousands. He pointed out soft spots that would have to have replacement wood. He was prompt, friendly, and knew his product well. "This was another excellent job by S Bradley Company. I have used them several times before (roof, insulation, door) having an excellent experience every time. This job was the replacement of my side door (both entry and storm door). Scott comes to measure and provides a detailed estimate. He is very much a pleasure to work with. Scott allowed me to buy my own doors. His estimate was only for the installation service. It took several weeks for my entry door to arrive from Lowes (almost exactly on the date Lowes projected). I had all materials delivered to my house. Soon after the door arrived. Scott set an installation date. There was a postponement, because the weather was both extremely cold and very windy. This was entirely understandable. A new date was set. Ryan was the installer and did a great job. He worked alone and was also very much a pleasure to do business with. On the first of two installation days, Ryan installed the entry door. He did not leave until the entry door was completely installed and functional. He came back two days later (as planned due to bad weather forecast for the very next day) and installed the storm door. He did an excellent job. He demonstrated a high standard of service and care. The door works perfectly. Based on my numerous experiences with S Bradley and Company, I can recommend them highly for door installation, roof tear-offs, and insulation work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED."
