"Mr. Jerome called, emailed, and texted promptly. He arrived on time to give me a quote for the repairs of my front sidewalk. We scheduled an install day for Friday, and he stopped by a day early to neatly cut out the bad sections. On Friday the team arrived a bit early and got right to work. They were done within a few hours, and I'm very satisfied with the result."

"I had already received an estimate for a similar door from a large company. Then I called Keith Pearcy at MD windows, doors, roofs ltd. He was very professional yet friendly . He was not just a salesperson with a pitch. He has done the work and knows what he is talking about. The price for the door was much less than my first estimate and the product is outstanding! I agreed to his estimate and gave him a deposit. The door had to be manufactured and he said it would take 3-4 wks. He called as soon as the door was ready and the team were able to install it the following day! I am very happy with the team he sent out to install the new door. In less than 2 hours they ripped out the old door, installed the new one which includes framing. They were very nice, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves completely. Keith's prices are very reasonable for the product. This is a quality door which now is wrapped in vinyl trim which matches my siding perfectly, (many colors to choose from). Now there won't be problems with water damage and a poor fitting cheap door which it replaced."

"A spring on my garage door unexpectedly broke, and Precision was able to fit me in for same day service. The technician came out that afternoon, explained exactly what happened to me, and went over what it would take to do the repair. He then fixed everything very quickly, including making sure my garage door was in a good state overall. I would absolutely recommend this company and will most definitely continue to use them."

"Excellent service, installation, pricing, terms and follow though. We highly recommend them."

Where to even begin!  I hired another contractor to replace 17 windows and a sliding door.  That contractor abandoned the job after partially installing 7 windows.  I was in a panic!  My house was torn apart, I had windows stacked on my patio, my spouse was not amused and I was turned down by numerous window/door companies.  Then Supreme Window and Door came to my rescue.  They came the day I called to take stock of the situation and while this is something they do not normally do, they agreed to complete the entire job correctly.

Many thanks to Albert Hoffman of Supreme for his sincere interest in correcting all the problems and his efforts expediting the process.  Albert was in constant contact with the workmen all throughout the process and  kept tabs on issues and progress.

The next morning Eric (sorry, I never did learn his last name) and his helper appeared at my home ready to work.  They looked at the unfinished work, re-measured all the windows and found that every last window the previous contractor purchased was the wrong size, in some instances more than 3" larger than the openings which made a simple job a now more serious situation.  The options amounted to either tearing the window opening down to the studs and reframe or purchase another 17 windows.  Eric and Albert consulted each other and  to save me money the best approach would be to reframe the window openings.  Can you believe it?  More work for them and it saved me a lot of money!  When Eric told me not to worry that it was now their problem not mine, I couldn't believe that standing in my hallway was a young man truly interested in getting the job done and done correctly.  His demeanor, professionalism, and work ethic reflects very well indeed on Supreme.

So now I am sitting in my kitchen, admiring my new windows.  The job took a little longer than they originally expected and I hope helping me in time of need did not ruin any preexisting schedules.  Since completion, Albert and someone named Chris have called me to make sure that I am indeed happy and believe me I AM!

If I had another house that needed windows or doors I wouldn't bother calling anyone else, I already know what company is the best.  In fact I have already recommended them to 2 friends in need of doors and windows.
