"Juan arrived a bit later than expected but got to work and did the jobs, running to Home Depot for needed parts which I didn't know we needed. He explaned things to me and knew what he was doing. He did all the jobs I outlined and left with everything working. He was cooperative in pointing the kitchen track lights where I wanted the to shine. He then looked at the plumbing job (vanity install) and realized that the vanity I bought wasn't a feasible option because of the direction of my pipes (to the side and not the back) therefore needing to go right through the drawers! I have returned the vanity to Home Depot! He didn''t waste time talking to me but did talk to himself (or on his phone ) while he worked! He cleaned up his dust and debris well, Satisfied with his cost which really should have been higher when I thought about it later. I would use him again if he was from near Frederick, but he came from Baltimore! I'd rather use local tradesmen...."

They showed up on time, worked quickly and swapped out the cheap plastic electric boxes and installed the ceiling fans we provided all while cleaning up and leaving no trace. I've had bad experiences before, but this was far different. We are very happy that such a small job was done promptly and done well. That can be hard to find these days. Had headphones in and did not hear knock or call. Rescheduled and I mistook date and was in Maine when they arrived. Since I was outside their usual area I felt it better to cancel project since I only had six months lease. They stated would refund, and I will appreciate since I am a senior in fixed income."

"I love KSD. James and his crew are amazing! They did a good bit of work for us. Raised the floor of a sunken family room, added a wall, replaced a sliding door with a window, added a closet, gutted a powder room & closet and expanded it to a full size bathroom, added a concrete step to my patio, as well as all the small details...crown molding, chair rail, new carpets and planking, seamless drywall, electrical, three ceiling fan installations. They were prompt, arriving each morning when they said they would. They seem to be more project-based...day 1 was demo, day 2 was support beams, sub-flooring etc. They were definitely on top of things. I mistakenly purchased the wrong size shower base and they made the adjustments to the plan to make it work. James made sure to mention things that we hadn’t considered (this was our first big remodel!) and confirmed with us the little details that were important to make sure they were done right. James and his crew were very professional and superb with communication about every part of the remodel, and not to mention they were just the friendliest group of guys. :) We absolutely will be using them again for any other projects..and there is quite the list! "George and his crew did an outstanding job! They were prompt, courteous, professional and really seemed to enjoy their work. George came to meet with us to estimate the work and provided us a quote within 1 business day. From estimate to completion, the team completed the job in 5 business days.
After day 1 we didn't like one of the colors we had chosen after seeing it on the walls. We talked with George about it and he was very accommodating, and just wanted to make sure we would be happy with the final results. This was a big change, but George only charged us for the cost of replacing the paint.
Overall, we were extremely happy with the quality of the work and would highly recommend George's painting to others!
