Because that project was successful I hired them again to complete masonry work in the front, replace lower cemented steps, paint the entire base around the house and add railings to the steps. "Gary Blindt and his excellent team just finished replacing all our gutters and downspouts today. We are delighted with every aspect of their work and recommend High Tech Roofing most highly. - We chose higher capacity 6" aluminum gutters to better cope with heavy downpours. The finished job looks absolutely great. Also, the new fasteners and brackets can not be seen -- unlike our previous gutters. Every segment was installed perfectly. Sections connecting the second floor gutter to the lower one in front were fitted properly, unlike the original job we inherited when we bought the house. - Gary and his men took special care with a couple of tricky features of our split level house -- for example, they fashioned a watertight S-curved leader to get around difficult features of our exterior sump pump pipe. "Materials were ordered swiftly, and the team organized their subcontractors to complete the sequential work in as little time as possible. Most importantly, Sam, Anthony and project manager Adryan were on site every day coordinating the work and reachable within a moment's notice. In a very short three and a half weeks in August, the Universal team completed the complex plan.  New Pennsylvania fieldstone masonry work at the base of the home was installed first, including a new retaining wall.  A brand new timber tech rear deck was built.  Twelve new windows were installed.  All new James Hardie siding was installed and a substantial nine by twelve foot front portico completely transformed the front of the home.  Large scale reno is inexorably daunting, but the Universal team was communicative throughout the process.
