"Excellent! I can't say enough good things about this project. We live in a 1920 Dutch Colonial, our walkway was falling apart. Miguel gave us samples to look at that would match our front Brick porch. The brickyard he sent us to allowed us to bring samples home to compare. He ordered what we wanted and within 4 days began the project. He came early in the morning and stayed well into the evening and completed the job in 2 days from demolition and removal of the old walk to the installation of the new one. He seeded the lawn that edged it. We selected him because he a patio and driveway and walkway for our nextdoor neighbors. We've lived here since 1974 and people trust the contractors we use. We highly recommend him and we always like to hire local owner operated businesses. For an additional fee he planted 2 trees in the front of the house. We are very satisfied."

"This is the 2nd time Mik and his crew did a job for me and again, he did another excellent job. This time it was for my parent's home. Mik took the time to come by and assess the work. Within 24 hours, he prepared a written estimate of the entire job. Once we gave him the ok, he requested a small 10% deposit for the work and to schedule. Work was started a week later and took 5 days to complete. Two days the crew was not present because the brick needed time to dry and the other day was extremely cold to work outside. He finished up, cleaned up the entire premise and explained everything that was done. It took a little longer than anticipated, but it was a big job and in the end was definitely worth the time and effort.
Work included raking out old cement, power washing entire front facade, repointing exterior 20 foot wide 2 story tall plus chimney bricks walls, installing gutter/leader pipe, waterproofing area under a window in front, repointing rear lintels, removing a crack in stucco garage wall by thorocoating and repainting the entire wall.
