"My wife and I wanted new hard woods in our house but had very specific requirements that we could not typically find locally.  My wife wanted a dark floor while I wanted extreme durability in a natural hard wood.  We did our homework and decided that Brazilian Walnut (Ipe) most closely matched what we wanted.  <br /> After looking locally for something that fit the bill, the flooring we found was either over $12 sq/ft (too expensive) or not dark enough.  I started searching on-line and ran across Brazilian Direct.  Their prices seemed reasonable (a bit over $6 sq/ft for what we wanted) and they even had a tinted (dark) version of the floor we liked. <br /> After several weeks of questions and further research, we decided to place an order.  We we worked with a representative named Sannon who helped us every step of the way.  She sent us samples, instructions, guides - everything to make us more comfortable about our eventual order.  Our order came right on schedule and the wood was really beautiful.  After several weeks of the required acclimation we had a local installer put the floor down.  They did an excellent job and we really love our floor.  There was very little waste and in fact we had at least 3 boxes left over. <br /> I highly recommend Brazilian Direct.  We are considering using them again for a deck project we'd like to do in the future. <br />"

"JVJ was one of 3 contractors that I reach out to.  I knew the stone that i wanted and gave them the specs to shop out the stone. After a day, JVJ had a stone lined-up and gave me a chance to meet with them at the suppliers warehouse to see the stone first-hand.  Upon confirming the stone selection, JVJ setup a template appointment for a couple days later, based on my schedule.  The template process was very fast accurate, whcih made install an equally fast and professional experience.  Install was scheduled a week after the template was taken.  Installation took about an hour to an hour and a half.  The installers were very professional and clean.  They also made fine-tuned adjustments to meet my unique cabinet and sink design. From initial contact to installation was roughly 10-12 days. Hopefully I won't be installing kitchen counters anytime soon, but I would highly recommend JVJ for a price and quality that are superior to their area competitors to anyone shopping for stone. <br />"

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. Granite Gold also provides excellent professional support."
