"The plumbing technicians came out as promised to assess the leak. They were both very courteous and kind and assessed the damage. I am giving three stars because they estimated the cost to be almost 250% higher than what the actual cost was to fix the issue. I am sure there are customers out there that would just accept any bid however, please get multiple beds for these projects, especially when working with this company as they will inflate the cost to take advantage of the situation. I ended up only paying for the $79 estimate."

"Though I am happy with the final result, I feel that TJ did a bit of a bait and switch. The person who showed up, Felipe, was from a different company. "TJ" quoted me $900 for the job and $300 to move washer and dryer to access the main valves. That's $1,200. In the end, washer and dryer were not moved. But I did ask them to replace a faucet cartridge in my bathtub, which they did. But before that, Felipe had managed to turn off the water to my unit without moving washer and dryer. He then had to cut into drywall to locate the outbound pipes, but made a mistake. The next cut he made found the water pipes but these were the wrong pipes. An emergency water shutoff to the building was required. In the end, the bill was for $1,800. They did not take credit card. No receipt was given to itemize work done. These guys, from Moor Plumbing Solutions, did work hard and got the job done but there was a serious lack of transparency from the very beginning, not to mention a near disaster."

"Could not recommend this company more. Called during one of the big storms we had this winter after we had several leaks. Many companies weren't bothering to return calls etc. These guys came out pretty quickly and gave us a very competitive estimate. He did great job of walking me through the details of the work they would do and what it would look like etc. Once the work started I was super impressed. The work crew could not have been more polite and accommodating. Very neat. At the same time we had a solar tube installed in my kitchen. Provides so much light. They were great about cleaning up and working around the pets. Bottom line- The roof looks fantastic, I'm not broke cause I paid a very fair price, and next winter it can rain all it wants but my house will be very dry for years to come."
