"Valley Plumbing responded right away when I telephoned and gave me an estimate over the phone based on what I described. I believed their pricing to be competitive and set up the appointment for repairs. The plumber arrived well within the stated time window. The plumber asked to speak with me on the phone while at work because he felt it was unnecessary to replace all the valves (trying to reduce cost). I asked that he go ahead and replace all 3 while he was there, which he did. He also checked the air vent for the dishwasher even though it wasn't part of the work order and determined that there was a problem with it and replaced it for us at a minor charge. The bill ended up coming out less than the original quote, even with the extra material for the dishwasher. The work was done quickly and neatly. I would definitely recommend Valley Plumbing to others. By the way, they also have a retail store for major name brand products."
