"Trap snapped 2 hours after he left. Unfortunately it didn’t kill instantly and I had to finish the job as both my husband and exterminator not present. Had to put poor critter out of its misery. We are city folks living in country for first time and have a lot to learn. Yet very efficient company that uses traps and chemistry nontoxic to environment and my animals. We also have wasp and ant problems to be addressed later in year. Have great confidence they will help."

"Great professional service! Very responsive to problem areas. Willing to return on a follow up if needed. Highly recommend."

"It is still in progress, but so far things are going well. Very good communication and good customer service."

"They do not do VA home loan refinance inspections. Shouldn't be listed here."

"I thought it went very well. He was very meticulous in going through and identifying where the pests were coming into the house. We ended up spending another $150 to completely eradicate and take care of the problem. I don't know if they put anymore traps down there or not, but I haven't heard anything from the tenants saying that there is a problem. It's been six months now and so I'm thinking they took care of it."

"On time, efficient and understood the situation
"

"Jon treated landscape for spiders, knocking down webs following the treatment. He also viewed the wasp population hanging out over our patch of lawn and offered to treat for free in order to test a new product. Both tasks were completed neatly and professionally. I highly recommend Prevent Pest Control!"

"The first guy said he would spray the garage but he didn't.  The second guy was thorough."

"We bought a new house, and it came with fleas! We were fit in for an emergency treatment, and it went great. We're now flea-free and will use them again for any follow-up treatment."
