"We chose ABI because we were comfortable with their assessment, quote details, and ability to answer our questions thoroughly. We went with polyiso boards and cellulose as the materials. The price was very fair. The day they did the work, with Flo and Carlos onsite and part of the crew, they were focused, professional, friendly, and careful with our home and belongings. Any hiccups along the way were problem-solved and dealt with immediately. They not only left the inside clean, vacuuming after they removed the runners they brought, but made sure to check the outside of the house and swept the driveway for any small debris. The final check included a walk around the outside of the house. We knew they had to remove the siding to drill the holes to blow in the cellulose, but you would never know that the siding had been disturbed. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone else looking for a fair and honest home insulation company! "

I am very very unhappy with this company I feel like I was scammed. I will never use them again, and I will tell everyone not to use them."

"Insul-Kings is wonderful to work with. They called in the morning to narrow the arrival time, which is very considerate. Nate and his crew arrived on time and CRANKED like a well oiled machine. I have a 4' crawl space. You can barely crouch. No problem! That's why God invented knee pads. They foamed and installed the insulation like it was their own home. It was a work of art. and came out better than I imagined. They patiently indulged my "old man" inquisitiveness. The crew represented Insul-Kings very well. I highly recommend them. This was done through the Mass Save program. So the $2100 job only cost me about $500.00"

"Lenny and Lisa are great. During the demolition phase, Lenny took great care to cover our hardwood floors and cleaned thoroughly while removing the countertops and backsplash which really helped to keep the dust level down. Lisa recommended vendors for our granite, tile backsplash and sink - they were all so helpful. We have never done a kitchen renovation before and were a little anxious about the process and making choices. Lenny allayed our fears and was spot on with suggestions. Lisa was always available for communication and answering questions. The sub-contractors were all excellent, personable and professional. The whole job was finished ahead of schedule which allowed for our 18 month old granddaughter to come for an earlier visit! "Joel their sales rep assured us our apartments would be rotated so the inside of each unit was checked at least every six months. Got the bait and switch bc they never did this and we had a cockroach infestation that went on for a year. They lied to me and then their manager claimed “we don’t see it in the contract”. I want a refund. You’ve been doing nothing productive. I can lay my own ant traps for less than $2k a year."
