Rocky and crew did an excellent job replacing our worn roof. His presentation was to the point on specific quality areas he always addresses. Things included on our job that are his standards were 1) two rows of ice guard extending to 6 ft from gutters, 2) extra ice guard in valleys and around dormers 3) edge guard on sloped edges for extra protection and a clean border look, 4) capped dormers with ridge vent for a great textured appearance, 5) built out extra flashing and drainage around chimney to eliminate future runoff and brick staining, 6) offered to touch up some peeled paint on a couple of dormers. Additionally Rock insists on going with the OC lifetime warranty and performs all areas of installation per OC requirements for the lifetime warranty.
