Tyler provided an exceptional experience explaining his evaluation, assessment results, and recommendations. Tyler confirmed we do not have active termites at the house but in a wood pile not far from the house he did find signs of activity in the past. "Discovered a colony of termites in our garage, started calling different companies on a Saturday afternoon. The first 5 companies didn't have much to say, either because it had an answering service or the person was just an admin. Called Advantage and the owner actually answered and provided information on termites and what can be done. Had them come out and do an evaluation and then the following week they came out and did the work. Excellent knowledge and excellent work. Very good folks, great experience!"
