If you need a custom landscaper from conceptual design to detailed installation, then I would highly recommend. "Chris will spoil you for any other contractor ever. He treats his customers like gold. I can't say enough good things about both Chris & his crew. Each crew member spoke English, took pride in their work, kept me informed on the job site (to the point that when the lead guy was off for a day, the second in command made sure to introduce himself & let me know he was in charge that day), they genuinely wanted to help...with anything! There were often 4-5 contractors on the job at one time & his crew worked well with all of them (including a landscape crew) & didn't hesitate to 'chip in' if it seemed like someone needed a bit of help, even if they weren't on the fence crew. Beyond all that, they were pleasant, smiling, punctual, communicative & true professionals. Chris is so quality oriented, that his response to anything is immediate, even when you tell him he can take his time. Even when he tells you it will be a few days, chances are he'll do it the next day :-) He noticed something he didn't like about a gate & he took it back to the shop to re-do it, even though it was something we never would have noticed. This is our fourth time having a privacy fence built, most of them involving a lot of linear SF & this one looks the best of all of them. I wish the HOA wasn't going to make us paint it an ugly brown. You cannot go wrong with Aspen Fence, you'll receive old-fashioned service of the type when contractors actually respected & cared about their customers. Chris & his staff will do what they say, will do it in a timely fashion & will stand behind it. He's a perfectionist, who treats you the way he wants to be treated. The only bad part is that you'll be spoiled & never want to work with another contractor after experiencing the genuine customer care given by Chris & his team. He even takes credit cards!"

"The provider arrived on time to look at the fence and explained in detail what he believed needed to be done.  Beside the cost of the maintenance package I  purchased, he recommended a new post on another section of the fence.  The cost was reasonable so I had him install the new post.   <br /> We agreed on a date to complete the work and he arrived on time and left the area neat and clean when he was done.  The completed job looked much better than I had expected! <br /> Very professional and I would use his services again.   <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Phil did a great job.  He was hired before but we needed him to do a quick job as a result of a home inspection in order for us to sell our home.  It involved electrical work, fixing some plumbing related to our dishwasher, installing hand rails on the porch decking, and installing lag blots to ensure the porch was properly connected to the house.  We needed it done FAST.  Our closing was only a week or so away.  Phil arranged for it all.  The work was done fast and right.  We need documentation and he provided that in quick order as well.  Just as with our major job last summer----he did great work and was VERY responsive.  We sold our home---thanks in much to Phil and his company.  Again, his honesty, integrity, and hard work are exceptional!"
