The company representative came within a couple of days exactly at the time he quoted, and spent as much time as we wanted examining the roof, explaining the details and products available. The bid came back the next day. We accepted the bid with a few adjustments, the shingles and roofing materials were delivered within a week, and the job was finished in less than 2 weeks from the bid. The roofing crew was prompt, careful of our property, efficient, and wasted no time. The entire job was completed in 1 1/2 days. The property was cleaned up well, all trash picked up and removed, and my flower beds were not harmed at all which were close to the house. The entire crew was very polite and responsive to any requests we had and careful of all areas of our property. We would recommend them to anyone who might need roof repair/replacement."

I was also curious if I had a impact resistant shingles as I was not sure since I had previously purchased the house as a short sale. Gary was 8 minutes early, very polite and informative. Gary inspected the entire roof, took several pictures and walked me through the type of roof I had. I have a steep (12 over 12), light-weight, concrete tile roof that is no longer manufactured. I had one company give me an estimate and then back out of doing the work.
