They successfully performed the work as promised and I was impressed with the quality and customer service experience that I had Todd (the owner) quote another project to install new plumbing on a basement kitchenette we were installing. "The furnace stopped working in my rental house and they replaced a fuse and looked at a thermostat. The inside temperature of the house was less than 40 degrees when I was told about the heater not working. I called Smith Plumbing and Heating and she had a technician at the house in 20 minutes. He came out, looked at the heater, replaced the fuse, checked the thermostat and had the heater up and running in 25 minutes. It took a total of 45 minutes to fix the problem from the time I called to the time it was done. Simply an amazing job done. This is the 4th time I have used their services, 2 plumbing issues and 2 heating issues and they are always super fast, fair prices, and always easy to work with. "when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"
