I was able to talk them about some other work I needed done around moving/adding sprinkler heads. They came back a day later, knocked everything out, and cleaned everything up really well. The cool thing is that they took great care of our grass wherever they dug such that it should recover with no issues. Super appreciate that! The service tech (Gilbert) arrived earlier than the schedule appointment, but he called in advance to let us know that he could come approximately 45 minutes early. Gilbert also gave some great tips for watering and recommendation for how to best service our sprinklers in the future. I trust and believe in AustexSprinklers and will not use any other company as long as they are in business.
