I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"I called Water Heaters Only out of desperation on Sunday...Seth @ toll free # was fully aware of our tenants being without hot water for 2 days and was able to get a technician out on Monday morning. Monday @ 5 pm, hot water was up and running. David, the technician knew what had to be done to get the heater up and running. The next day, we did have a hiccup with a part but David came out immediately and tweaked the part -- all is good. Here is what I like -- 1. no sales pitch. 2. He took lots of pictures of the work he did on our unit (which he included in his report). He checked our A/C compressor & cleaned it thoroughly. Ron taught us a lot about our HVAC system.
